Refund policy

1) Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed through the Everstride website.

 

2) 30-Day Fit Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. Even though our sizing is designed to be as accurate as possible, fit can occasionally vary. For that reason, we offer a 30-Day Fit Guarantee.

Simply try on our socks, wash them, and if you are not fully satisfied with the fit within 30 days of receiving your order, email contact.everstride@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send the correct size at no extra cost—and you won’t need to return the original item.

 

3) Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted if all applicable conditions below are met:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original parts/components.
  • For hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., socks), the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.

 

4) Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at contact.everstride@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
  • Your full name and shipping address

We will review your request and, if approved, provide next steps and a return slip when applicable.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

 

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Everstride Shop will cover the return shipping cost and will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
  • All other approved returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6) Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds / Exchanges: Depending on stock availability, we may offer either a refund or an exchange.
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: After we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 14 days, and you will be notified by email.
  • Shipping refunds: If the return is due to our error, we will refund both the product price and the original shipping fee.

 

7) Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return if your order meets the eligibility requirements above.

 

8) Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Socks that have been worn or washed
  • Opened hygiene-related items
  • Items returned without prior authorization

 

9) Non-Delivery Claims

If your order has not arrived, please email contact.everstride@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the parcel cannot be found, you may qualify for a full refund or a replacement, as applicable.

 

10) Return Address

The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization email.
Please do not send returns to the sender address shown on the parcel, as returns sent to that address cannot be processed.
